These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DressUp AI website and AI virtual try-on service located at dressup.best ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

DressUp AI provides an AI-powered virtual try-on tool. Users upload a person photo and a clothing photo, and the Service generates a realistic image of the person wearing the clothing item.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:

• Generate, upload, request, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing.
• Generate, upload, request, or distribute NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, nude, or sexually suggestive content of any kind.
• Impersonate any person or entity without consent.
• Attempt to bypass content moderation, rate limits, or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service APIs.

3. Prohibited Content Policy

DressUp AI strictly prohibits the generation of any nude, partially nude, sexually explicit, or pornographic imagery. All uploaded photos and prompts are automatically screened by our content moderation systems. Any attempt to create prohibited content will result in immediate rejection and may lead to account suspension or termination.

4. Accounts and Subscriptions

Free users receive a limited number of try-ons per day. Paid subscriptions provide higher limits and priority processing. Payments are handled by our third-party provider. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your original uploaded photos. You are granted a limited license to use generated images for personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms and applicable law. We do not claim ownership of your uploads.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms, including attempts to generate prohibited content.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results may vary and may not perfectly represent real-world fit.
